TROTWOOD -- Prosecutors formally charged 21-year-old Dylan Harrison Thursday with murder and felonious assault.
Police say he killed his grandmother, Regina Davis, 69.
Her body was found Monday night inside the bathroom of her home in the bathtub. She had been strangled.
This after a concerned neighbor called 911.
"We think that someone in the house is either passed out or hurt because she's my neighbor and I usually see her everyday and I haven't seen her today," said the neighbor to the 911 dispatcher.
A day later Trotwood Police brought Harrison in for questioning, and later arrested him.
Harrison's attorney, John Paul Rion, held a news presser Wednesday night saying there was a third person involved and possibly a knife was used.
When asked, Sgt. Joseph McCrary with the Trotwood Police Department would only say they are very confident they have the right man.
When asked about a motive, he said, "We're not going speculate why. Our detectives are working on exactly why. We are confident we have the rig person involved in this homicide."
Trotwood Police say they are still investigating and are not releasing any other details at this time.
Harrison now faces murder and felonious assault charges, but police say it is possible he could face more.
