EATON -- Three Greene County residents have been arrested on suspicion of theft at the Pilot Truck Stop at US 127 & I-70.
Deputies responded to the call that the suspects were believed to be stealing DVDs. Deputies pulled the vehicle over along I-70 for reported traffic violations. Deputies said a probable cause search revealed 35 DVDs believed to have been taken from the truck stop.
The suspects are Rodney Hall, 35, John Hall II, 38, and Robert Helton, 48, all from Xenia.
John Hall II also was charged with traffic violations, including driving under suspension.
Deputies said the men likely are responsible for other thefts at the same truck stop. They were expected to be arraigned Friday in Eaton Municipal Court.
