DAYTON ---
A 16 year old boy was arrested this afternoon for possibly robbing a man at gunpoint in Downtown Dayton.
The victim told police the teen pulled a gun on him at the RTA Hub at Third & Main streets around 4pm.
The victim spotted the suspect leaving in a vehicle with two other males and a female. He flagged down nearby officers and gave them a description of the car.
Dayton police were able to spot the car nearby and pull it over at Jefferson Street & US 35.
At first, the suspects attempted to run from the scene, but police quickly apprehended them about a block away at Jefferson Street and Patterson Boulevard.
Police tells us that the 16 year old faces at least a Carrying Concealed Weapons charge, after they found a gun on him.
Dayton police continue to investigate the alleged robbery.
No word on what if any charges his friends may face.
