Store Owner Confronts Suspected Thief

DAYTON -- A pawn shop owner, across the street at the time, says he saw a man stealing items from his store, so he confronted the suspect.

The owner of the Smoke Shop on East Third Street in Dayton said the suspect left the TV and fled.
