MONTGOMERY COUNTY -- The Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office indicts two men for the murder of a Riverside man.
John Gracheck was shot and killed at his home on March 31. Police say Gary Webb and Jacob Gipson went to Gracheck's home to rob him and ended up shooting him in the abdomen. Gracheck, a father of five, died at the hospital.
Police say Gracheck's estranged wife, Jamie, was in a car parked outside during the deadly shooting. At this time Jamie is not facing any charges.
Webb and Gipson will be arraigned on aggravated murder and other charges on Thursday.
