DAYTON -- Friends and neighbors of a woman killed in a tragic motorcycle accident, are mourning her loss.
Eve Brooks-Fletcher was hit and killed, when police say a car was speeding down West Third Street, and may have ran a red light.
Friday night, friends laid out flowers and teddy bears at the site of the accident, honoring her memory.
"If she was your friend she would do anything in the world for you," said a neighbor who wanted to remain anonymous, "She loved life, she loved life, and she loved that motorcycle."
Eve died at the scene of the crash. Her death shocked her friends and neighbors.
"It hurt me real bad, it really hurt me. I'm real sad, I'm still real sad about it," said Samuel Leonard, friend, "It was tragic."
Police say one of the three people who fled from the car that hit and killed Eve, turned himself in overnight.
Dorian Frazier now faces aggravated vehicular homicide and fleeing from a scene.
Neighbors are happy someone is in custody, but they know it can't bring Eve home.
"I think we will all miss her, if she thought that you needed something she would get it for you or she would do it for you," said Eve's neighbor.
Police are still looking for the other two people who fled from the scene.
