SPRINGFIELD -- Springfield City Schools are honored by the state for their motto and marketing campaign, "Every Day Amazing''.
The district was recognized by the Ohio School Public Relations Association and was awarded the 2013 Mark of Distinction for High School Recruitment.
Springfield officials say they wanted to showcase the wide variety of academic and extracurricular programs the high school offers. The competition was open all public and private school districts and education related organizations in the state.
