MONTGOMERY COUNTY-- A suspect's mugshot in the Montgomery County Jail is raising some eyebrows.
James Earl Banks is in jail on a pending charge of receiving stolen property. Sheriff's officials tell us Banks was arrested for a case out of Miamisburg.
While we don't yet know the details of the case that led to the arrest, Banks' unusual tattoo work is getting quite a bit of reaction.
According to court documents, Banks has a long criminal history dating back to 1997. He's been convicted in the past of aggravated robbery, posession of crack cocaine, grand theft, receiving stolen property, breaking and entering, and kidnapping.
