TROY -- One person is dead and another remains hospitalized tonight, after a car flips onto its side.
It happened on Sunday on State Route 41 in Troy.
According to the Miami County Sheriff's Office, the car went off the road and struck a ditch, before hitting a utility pole.
The passenger, 21-year-old Brandy Walters died on the scene.
The driver, 21-year-old Eric Noll was flown by medical helicopter to Miami Valley Hospital.
At last check, he was listed in fair condition.
