SPRINGBORO--What do you get when you combine thousands of Easter eggs, a football field, and a helicopter? One massive egg drop!
The Egg Drop was held in Springboro this morning. Helicopters flew over Springboro High School's football field dropping thousands of eggs filled with candy and goodies.
"It was a great event, the kids had a lot of fun. The fact that the helicopter went by multiple times so all the kids got to see and the way they had it split up for each different age group, it was wonderful, said parent Cindy Bricking.
Kids scurried around the field trying to gather up as many eggs as possible.
