HUBER HEIGHTS -- A 10 year old boy who was abducted from his home in Huber Heights has been found unharmed in Fairborn.
Police say Timothy Conatser JR took his 10 year old step-son, Jordan Tyler Johnson around 1:00 Friday morning after getting into a fight with his wife.
Police later located Conatser's Ford Explorer outside an apartment complex on E. Emerson Avenue in Fairborn. They say Conatser took the boy to his aunt's apartment and then he went to his friend's apartment, located in the same complex.
Jordan was found sleeping inside the aunt's apartment. Police have arrested Conatser and charged him with domestic violence.

HUBER HEIGHTS -- Huber Heights Police are in the middle of a frantic search for a 10 year old boy reportedly abducted by his step-father.
Police say 10 year old Jordan Tyler Johnson was taken from his home on Neptune Avenue by Timothy Conatser, Jr.
Police say it all started out as a domestic dispute. Conatser apparently got into a fight with his wife, Jordan's mother, over a food order. Police say he attacked her and then forced Jordan to get into the car with him.
Jordan's mother, Tina says Timothy is, "capable of anything." Jordan suffers from bi-polar disorder and Tina says he doesn't have all the proper medication with him right now.
Huber Heights police Sgt. Chris Kash says Timothy Conatser has a long history of violence and drug abuse.
If you see Timothy or Jordan you are asked to call 911 immediately.

Police believe he was taken from his home in the 4800 block of Neptune Lane. They say he was taken by his step-father, Timothy Conatser, JR. Conatser is described as 6'2" with brown hair and blue eyes.
Police believe he is driving a 1999 White Ford Explorer with Ohio License plate: FIM7496. The SUV has 18 inch wheels with a bumper sticker that reads: 'Lost Souls Tattoos.'
