DAYTON -- A bicyclist decides to ride through Dayton with no brakes. That became a problem when he went down a hill on McArthur and Sage and ran into the back of an RTA bus.
The man was rushed to the hospital with serious, and possibly life-threatening injuries.
The bus driver will not be cited for the crash.
