NICEVILLE,FL--A Wright-Patterson Lieutenant Colonel and his wife have been arrested in Florida accused of abusing their two adopted children.
Investigators say Colonel Dennis Jack's young kids were subjected to a kind of "calisthenics punishment" where they were forced to wear soiled diapers on their heads.
The colonel and his wife Tiffany are charged with child cruelty.
Jack works at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and commutes from his Florida home.
He's now on leave at his home in Florida pending the outcome.
