DAYTON -- A captain at the Air Force Research Lab was arrested over the weekend in the Oregon District.
Police tell us Benjamin Lorber was outside the Tumbleweed Connection punching and kicking the bar staff as they escorted him out.
Then, when officers tried putting him in handcuffs, they say Lorber continued to resist.
They finally got him into custody and now Captain Lorber's been charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and assault.
