DAYTON -- A 19 year old is in the Montgomery County Jail accused of raping a 3 year old girl.
Police say Kendall Lynch sexually assaulted the toddler last month while the girl was being watched at a friend's house on Harvard Boulevard.
Police say Lynch was not babysitting the child, but at some point was left alone with the girl.
''The incident took place over a 3 hour period, that evening, while the child's mother was away.", Sgt. Larry Tolpin of the Dayton Police Department.
Police say the victim was evaluated by doctors and is in good condition.
