ENGLEWOOD -- The snowfall in Englewood caused treacherous road conditions in Northern Montgomery County. Multiple accidents were already reported there Tuesday night.
Many of the Englewood residents are tired of it.
"Totally over the snow, I want to go to Florida," said Nikki Netzley, from Englewood.
"I actually just got back from Florida and I came home me it was snowing, it was awful I consider moving to Florida just to get away is has been the longest winter in a while," said Megan Purvis from Englewood.
The road conditions became hazardous quick in Englewood Tuesday night. It caused a mother to slide off into a ditch, luckily her family is going to be okay and that accident wasn't the only on this side of town.
"I had an accident earlier where someone getting on the highway not paying attention going too fast couldn't stop at time and it ended up being three separate cars damaged so just try to slow it down, keep your distance," said Jeremiah Campbell, AAA Tow Truck Driver.
Campbell has been busy tonight servicing cars. His best advice to drivers,
"Definitely don't slam the breaks if you start to slide. Try to ease in to the break, no sharp turns because the car wont turn it will just slide forward so," said Campbell.
The weather is also slowing down local businesses, like one of the local Subways in Englewood.
"Business has been really slow tonight usually we are busy we have a lot of coupons and tonight we had to send everybody home early," said Purvis.
Your best bet is to stay inside Tuesday night, because over night into tomorrow morning, the weather conditions will only get worse.
