GERMAN TWP. -- Twin toddlers were injured when a chest of drawers apparently fell over on top of them.
The girl sustained a head laceration and the piece of furniture landed on the boy's stomach. First responders were able to get the girl's bleeding to stop. The boy was flown by CareFlight to Dayton Children's Medical Center.
We asked German Township Fire Chief Tom Holman if anyone is to blame in this situation, he told us, "I don't think that the mother did anything wrong, I think she probably had good intentions. Kids just got exploring and unfortunately they got injured."
The little boy and little girl are both expected to recover.
