TROY -- A Troy man accused of soliciting sex from a 12 year old on Facebook is in jail. Steven Marshall, 37, was arrested Sunday night.
Police say he struck up a conversation with the young girl online and asked her for sex, even after she told him she was just 12 years old. The victim's mother alerted police.
Marshall was in jail on $30,000 bond.
