CLARK COUNTY -- A judge acquitted Hollant ''Max'' Adrien of raping a 19 year old developmentally disabled man.
Adrien was a French professor at Wittenberg University, but has since been fired. Last August, he was arrested and accused of kidnapping and raping the teen. Adrien, however, contended the sex was consensual and says he didn't realize the teen was disabled. Adrien says he just thought the teen talked funny.
