DAYTON -- A vacant house fire on Drury Street is being called suspicious. Crews were called out to the blaze around 1:00 Friday morning.
Firefighters say flames started in the dining room and spread to the basement. The home was empty at the time, but we're told people were living there just a few days ago.
Damage is estimated at $10,000. Fire investigators were called out because it appears to have been set on purpose.
