DAYTON -- A new exhibit highlighting the Peace Corps is about to open next month at the Dayton International Peace Museum.
Longtime Congressman and Ambassador Tony Hall will be in Dayton next weekend to officially open the exhibit.
It's called the "Peace Corps Experience: 54 Years of Global Service."
We talked to a Peace Corps volunteer Monday (Jan. 26, 2015) who served in Nepal for two years.
"I think a lot of peace corps volunteers including myself go over there with hopes to change the world, or change the country... and more times than not the opposite happens... I grew as a person and got many more life changing experiences over there than I may have given the Nepali people," said Steve Hall.
The Dayton International Peace Museum is located on West Monument Avenue.
The exhibit runs through May 2015.
