BEAVERCREEK -- Police have confirmed that Saturday's evacuation at The Greene was due to a bomb threat called into the Brio restaurant.
Beavercreek Police Capt. Eric Grile said officers on the scene erred on the side of caution and evacuated the restaurant. An explosive-detecting K-9 was called in to search the area. Nothing was found.
Police on the scene Saturday declined to comment about the reason for the evacuation and said more information would be available Tuesday.
The incident remains under investigating.
