CINCINNATI -- Due to the collapse of the Hopple Street overpass, I-75 southbound is shut down for at least two days, police said.
Traffic on southbound I-75 will be rerouted to I-74 westbound. Traffic will then be detoured to the Colerain/Beekman exit and rerouted to Beekman Street south down to Hopple Street. You can then access I-75 southbound from Hopple.
Another alternative for southbound I-75 traffic is to take the Norwood Lateral (OH-562) eastbound over to I-71 southbound toward Cincinnati.
Traffic on eastbound I-74 will be rerouted to either I-75 northbound or the Colerain/Beekman exit. (Follow same detour above).
All commercial vehicle traffic traveling through Greater Cincinnati via I-75 (north and south) must reroute onto I-275 or I-71 and avoid the area entirely, unless delivering inside the I-275 loop.
