CLARK COUNTY-- A semi driver causes a multi-car crash and takes off.
It happened here on I-70 Westbound at I-675 in Clark County.
Police got the call just before 3:00 Friday morning. Troopers say a semi truck crossed over 2 lanes of traffic trying to get off onto exit 44 to I-675 South.
That is when the car behind the semi was forced to slow down, causing a second car traveling behind them to spin out and cause a head on crash with both cars.
Two people in the first car along with two dogs and one person inside the yellow car were taken to the hospital for their injuries, the dogs were taken to the vet.
Troopers say the semi driver kept going.
Drivers are being reminded to keep a safe distance between semi's and other cars.
Right now, the accident is cleared up causing no problems along the road.
