DAYTON -- The Health Department has issued a new warning that flu cases are again on the rise in Montgomery County.
Officials said there were 76 reported cases of Influenza-B this week, up from 56 cases last week. Influenza-B is generally a milder case of the flu and tends to affect children more than adults.
It was linked to the death last week of 14-year-old Tyler Sensenbrenner. A visitation for the Miamisburg teen was held Tuesday at Centerville's Epiphany Lutheran Church. A private funeral service will be held Wednesday.
