DAYTON -- A Dayton man pleads not guilty in court to a charge of aggravated vehicular homicide.
Ryan Hayes is now being held on a $500,000 bond in connection with a deadly accident. Hayes is accused of being drunk when he crashed his car, killing his girlfriend, who was his passenger. Authorities say at the time of the crash, Hayes blood alcohol level was .171, which is more than twice the legal limit.
Hayes will be back in court next month.
